  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any materials, tools, or equipment provided by the customer must be stored safely and used at the customer’s risk.

  • We will notify customers as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
